We work mainly with households who qualify for state LIHEAP programs, as well as those who earn above the Federal Poverty Level but still struggle to meet their basic needs—often referred to as the Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed (ALICE) population. We are open to partners in Wisconsin and Michigan.
