How it works

1. Submit an Appointment

If you’re working with a participating energy assistance agency, they will have a link to a private submission form where you can schedule an appointment with us and choose how to upload your energy usage information. Note: We do not require personal account information and will not ask for it; we need only the amount of heat and electricity used within the last year.

If you aren’t working with a partner of ours, contact us directly for alternative ways to get started.

2. Expect a Call

We’ll call you at the number you provide at the time you choose. We’ll review your energy usage and your experience with any possible home energy performance issues to identify high usage and the factors that could be causing it. This helps us gather the information needed to create your ECO Report.

3. Receive Your ECO Report

We will discuss how your energy usage compares to similar homes, what home performance issues may be at play, and the solutions we recommend to reduce your energy costs. Solutions may include referrals to community resources, suggested behavioral changes, or utility options. Shortly after our call, you will be sent a comprehensive ECO Report summarizing our findings and outlining next steps.
